Great idea. I like the pattern on that black thing, along with the sun reflection. That is the only problem, too abstract for me, I don't know what that black thing is... But I get it, otherworldy... It is a good play on light and dark. Maybe just a bit too pure of a black on the right, or trim it down a bit... Very sci-fi-ish and a great concept.

If this was shot closer, it might have made for a great pic. As it is, there are some strange reflections on the bowl's bottom, compression artifacts around the bowl and, generally speaking, some stange colour artifacts all over the pic. Also, I really don't care much for your choice of colour. Sorry.
