appropriate softness for scene. Like the tones used. You would think the dark clump at the bottom right would be distracting but it actually (for me anyway) balances the image. Well done and well cropped.

I like your image but find it a little "diluted." Perhaps the white stripe down the back of the skirt is a bit distracting. Nicely creative though.

Composition: 7 - Really nice, not quite centered but not quite following the generic "rules" - works well!
Technical: 6 - I like the soft focus and the high key but its a shame the hat blends into the sky.
Creativity: 6 - I like that it poses questions such as where is she going, and what is she looking at?
Appeal: 6 - Could add appeal by adding a slight sepia tint, really subtly, just to add some warmth. The B&W just seems a bit cold and uninteresting.
