Please don't be offended by this comment. I am making an effort to comment on all images that I scored below a 4. I believe attention to the following might have served to make it work better for me (Mind you, this is only MY opinion):
I'm having a hard time convincing myself that water droplets=bubbles. I know they have bubbles in them, but it's a bit of a stretch for me. The little light flares are cool, but the overall image doesn't really work in terms of compostion or technical quality. Don't feel bad, I think it will score higher than my entry.
