Transeyesby gaealiComment by Mr_Pants: A lovely macro shot, although the lighting might be considered just a little harsh on the foreleg (if one were to be that picky). I always want more DOF in a macro, even though it is almost always impossible. In this case, I feel that it would be nice if the antennae were in focus. |

Shimmering colorsby gaealiComment by Sinky: How clever, to use the parts of the water that are shimmering and those that are not, to create your composition. With these lovely pastel colours, this gives it an "impressionist" feel. Great photo. |
