Slow Decayby RamblinRComment by Sterling87: With a title like that, I feel like a few different creative choices could have made this a wonderful photo. In particular, I think a much longer shutter speed would have been nice (granted, not everyone has a thick ND sitting around). The slightly slow shutter speed gives a feeling of movement and speed which seems to contradict the title. |
