Not bad, but two things I don't really care for, first, the frame I honestly find awful, but not going to knock off any points for that. Secondly, I do like the occasional wide angle twisted perspective image, but here, I don't really care for it, it makes her arms seem baby sized and really wierd.

So I'm really hoping the border is legal (and it should be) because this is a pretty darn cool shot! The way you have her posed and the angle of the shoot makes her look like a lovely ice cream cone girl! Great eyes, love the freckles, and there's just a nice sweetness (with a hint of spice from that red hair) to the portrait. Nicely done!
