There are some interesting elements here, but this scene is way too busy. The brightness of those lights doesn't help much. Would it of been possible to move past those lights and focus on the church as the major element with that great sky as a backdrop?

Very nice browns and I like the light/shadows on the hat. My eyes would like to see a stronger focus on the hat (possibly challenging lighting conditions were working against you?). 5
