I like the rock - the color tones and shadows. I actualy wish the people were not there. They draw my focus away from the scenery that I find to be more interesting. In the upper sky - there is an area that looks like a dark smudge - sensor dust? Need to clone that out.

you should try and get your images as large as possible and as large a file size as possible, I have found that smaller images than 640 will often get docked points not on the merit of the photo but the size of the image. Here is a link to the photoshop tutorial on this site. I hope it helps. Your image looks great and I like the black and white I just wish it is larger
