great shot of the model, but the background could be tidied up, looks like the back of her shirt is hooked on the chair, and the crincles in the back drop, are too distracting, good sharp picture, with good lighting, good luck with the challange.

Interesting composition with the red twigs(?) in the lower left balancing the red and white of the lighthouse in the upper right, and the subtle browns of the water and denuded woods. Like the texture of the woods and the strong verticals of the reflexions.

I'm not sure if the orange in the bottom left was put in to add some color, tension or to fill in an empty area in the photo or because you couldn't get the reflection without having it sticking into the picture. I would prefer that it wasn't there as it distracts greatly from what should be the main subject of the photo, the lighthouse and then the beautiful trees.
