Ernst Carl Gerlach Stueckelberg explains to Mr. Nobel the perturbation theory for quantum fields ...by gjumiComment by gjumi: Ernst Carl Gerlach Stueckelberg, Baron Souverain of the Holy Roman Empire of the Teutonic Nations of Breidenbach at Breidenstein and Melsbach, professor of particle physics at the universities of Geneva and Laussane, solved at least three physics problems, for which other people got Nobel Prizes. When he got quite old, he used to say "we live too long". The legend says that his dog knew more physics than many people present at his lectures. |

Brazilby gjumiComment by gjumi: Thanks to all who passed by and left a comment, voted, or just turned the page and ended to this photo.
I'm happy with the comments, 5 out of 8 had the word "interesting", and that's what I'm after.
The title just jumped on my head once I saw the photo on the screen; it refers to the movie Brazil by Terry Gilliam. There are a lot of ducts and pipes in the movie, through which people send documents and papers.
The photo itself was taken in Sincheon, a neighbourhood of Seoul. |

Brazilby gjumiComment by Yo_Spiff: Interesting view, but I'm not understanding the titles relation. |

Brazilby gjumiComment by spencerwood: A little dull tone wise, cranking up the contrast by expanding out the levels in both directions would make it more dramatic. Unique subject though |
