It might be nice to have all of the reflection, or maybe crop a little more off at the bottom, if you weren't able to get the whole reflected bird. The balance seems a little off to me with this composition. I love the colors, the blue water is nice. |

Great Blue Heronby richComment by e301: Fun to get this close, and there's an achievemtn in that alone. To be a really impact-ful shot i would want it to show more character in the bird, or something more unusual: this is not an unusual pose for a heron, at all, and the light and the situation are not particularly special. Nice work though, all the same. |
