The shadows have conspired to block out the interesting detail of the dogs. Your going to get hammered anyway because they're domestic pets and not wildlife. It always pays to carefully read the Challenge Description.

It's very hard to see the dogs in this shot. The harsh lighting (ie: direct sun and dark shadow) is very difficult to capture well in digital cameras, but I like the concept behind the shot.

I assume that these are domestic dogs, and not ferals. If so, this does not meet the challenge. The picture itself is a bit chaotic, and the composition is off. Either mush wider, or crop to focus on the jaws of the front dog.

Hard to see the subjects here - I think it's because the background is a bit too busy. A shallower DOF may help in this situation.
