This is eerily distrubing, and made so by the grin if the male in the shot. Extremely well done.

Maybe go with one title, not three. Nice shot, though.

the focal point of that Large male hand on her breast brings this back to the abuse issue for me....a really powerful topic, which resonates in this image. The B&W drives it home, as does the title... so few victims ever give words to their plight, and if they do, are seldom heard...a Disease of Betrayal

Morning Tapeworm,
The concept is nice the photo is terrible. I looks like and x-ray gone bad. Your black & White tonel rangers are way off. The Light kills to much of the details in the shirt and whatever you used to lift the inside look like the x-ray one bad. Also the neck is very distracting not sure what it is but my eye is constintly drawn to it trying to figure out what it is. Nice effort though.

I don't give a damn about the nose ring--I didn't even notice it. The important issues here are about the emotion and meaning behind the image. Is this about child abuse (as one of your commenters suggested)? Or is it a loving father clinging to a disturbed daughter in the throes of adolescent angst? Or did you intend this ambiguity to suggest the fine line between love and abuse?

In any case, this is a powerful image!

Is this a reference to the play? Hmm... I never actually saw it so I wouldn't recognize the line.

This makes me pretty uncomforable which may have been the intention, or I am misreading her facial expression.

The editing is good as well as the contrast. The crop helps with the discomfort as it is unusual.
