I wish there was a little more light on the face. I love how it's snout is just up to the lens like this and that you can kind of make out the eyes. Interesting idea for backlighting.

The grayscale image with colored elements is fast becoming a meme in these challenges and it doesn't always work. The repetition of this type of image is fast becoming passe'. Having said that, this is very different and unigue being an under saturated image rather than a gray scale/color combination - crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it has impact. A demonstration of the power of properly controlled light and focus. Well done.
