Background is a little distracting, mostly between mother's arm and baby. Baby's face is a little dark, too. Overall, though, nice composition and feeling of comfort.

Restful mood to this. Adorable child. I would have liked to have seen even lighting on the baby's entire face, but I can see that it is candid and difficult to achieve. You did say "comfort" with this.
