this is a really neat photo! i love the windmills and the background. they are sort of mystical, almost magical! compositionally, you did well. i really like how the still windmill is shoved to the right of the frame offset by the spinning one, very nice. the upward angle works really well here too--gives it a larger than life feel. technically, well done. the more i lokk at this photo, the more i am drawn in to the detail! very nice work!
