Eeeeh, I don't know it looks pretty but I've never tried the stuff. I was always taught that fish wasn't good unless completely cooked, always made me think twice when I see it no matter how many people say its delicious! ;)
The sushi definitely looks nice on that pretty dish though!

my daughter ali loves sushi .. she's on the other side of the world right now .. she's in ireland and i'm in australia .. seeing this sushi as a thumb made me think of her immediately ..
were you moving house???.. moving is said to be one of the most stressful things you can do .. anyway i'm happy that you can eat your sushi off a plate now, even if it isnt the 'correct' one !!!..:)
