After second look I think I underestimated your photo. I like the red line from lonmg exposure and slight curve it creates. More contrast could add a lot to this picture. I know how hard it is to achieve it in a night shot. Bumping it up.

I like how the focus is on the trees. The trees are the main subject so that was clever of you. I really like the crop and the symmetry in the picture. There are a couple of things that could have gone better in my opinion. The building in the background tilts just a bit. And the road in the middle looks strange. Like their are grey paint on it or something. Placing an old man walking down that road would have made this picture amazing. Without and old man it is good as well ;) Good job and good luck in future challanges.
