I think this had the potential to be a great picture. The model is beautiful and the pose is very tasteful. Nice touch with the bright red lipstick and red scarf.

There are two main problems though.
1. Shadows - On the wall and inner thigh are the most distracting.
2. The location - I know everyone doesn't have a studio, but even a sheet to cover the floor and get rid of the corner between the wall and floor would be a drastic improvement. A black sheet or posing on a dark leather couch would also reduce the shadows.

If this is your wife, do her justice and try this picture again, in fact, it would look even better when she is 8-9 months pregnant.

Culd have been much better with more attention tolighting and environment.
Very flat lighting, casting hard shadows on her and the wall
Ugly floor and wall, adding nothing to the picture.
