This image is of something very fantastic. I love the subject. The crop and composition don't appeal to my eye. The topic and meaning are very nice, but maybe if you had something in the background (a different side, different angle?) it would have given some context.

That all being said, I definitely like what I'm looking at in this. The little stubble of trees in the LLC is funny.

Since I sail most of summer, I have a weakness for these images. Bumping up to 7 because the light tiel blue and refections are just lovely.

Lovely image! The bouys lead the eye into the composition. What a pretty and quiet shot! For me, it's not a perfect fit with the challenge theme, it seems more like time stopped than passing. The small boat appears oversharp, a problem with these small files perhaps. Would make a very nice print, nonetheless!

Among my top picks in spite of feeling over sharpened in the foreground. I like that the mast of the sailboat is down. This adds to the sense of time passing. The nostalgic ferry does, too. Not sure whether the fog is real or derives of the mathematics of Gaussian blur, but the blur helps. I live in a part of the US where this is a common site which helps it feel especially pleasing to me. Well done.

It's been processed too much for my liking. Looks all smudged up. You can see patches everywhere on the image. I like the elements in the image, including their colours. But the treatment on it has taken away a lot from the image.
