Interesting subject but the picture is too small, it isn't enough sharp and it needs postprocessing. You could use levels and curves to increase the contrast and hue/saturation to make the colors look better. Good luck in the next challenges.

i can imagine that this scene was impressive in person; but the difficult part is trying to get that portrayed in the picture.
to me this just looks like a load of flats/apartments/condos or whatever.
the sky is lifeless and the water uneventful-i know there are boats present, but they are lost.
perhaps just by using the 640 pixels that you are allowed to use would have made the picture more impressive?

The horizon itself doesn't look so bad, but the buildings need to be vertical on those visible lines, to my eye (which has been likened to a whelk, admittedly)
