Fire/Waterby borisonComment by Brad: Only problem I had was the point of focus.
The Fire is too far behind and the Water is too close.
Eyes are drawn to the water, yetis contrasting to the reflection/surface, not the fire.
Great concept, but needs refining in my opinion. |

Fire/Waterby borisonComment by beckettboots: I like the position here in your composition of the candle up and off-center. The DOF and focus on the water lends itself to your title and interpretation of the challenge well. I might have liked to see more of a diagonal, but I recognize the limitations of the compostion based on all light eminating from the candle. |
