Love the composition and the location here. The tree framing the city - very nice.

Selecting the shadows and working them to bring out the details would make
this a stunning image. Right now the dark sections are muddy and lacking detail.

If you don't know, I'm referring to these techniques:
the shadow/highlight filter in CS/2, or the ctrl-alt-~ to select the highlights in earlier versions, then shift-ctr-I to select the dark sections

Well, you certainly got this one right! Just in case anyone was interested here's that Bible verse that proves your point.
Proverbs 20:1 (King James Version) "Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise." This, also, seems to add credibility to the axiom "Go to a raging party and wake up feeling like a FOOL!"
However, the debate over "How much is too much?" is sure to RAGE until the end of Time, too! :)
