Last Man Standingby runericComment by a5280hidi: I definitely like the idea here for matching the theme. I lose the bottom of the tree though in the bottom. I wonder if a different angle would have helped to isolate the tree more, while still showing the burnt out area. There's also something sticking in the upper left corner which probably should be cropped out. 5 |

Last Man Standingby runericComment by mpreslar: The tree is bearly visible against the background. The bright rocks and sky fooled your camera's light meter into into thinking the scene was better lit than it is. It would be better to use spot metering on the tree and then adjust the sky later if it is too blown-out. |
