A good concept at it meets challenge. I like the unique POV but I think that it is that POV that also hurts this image. By shooting from low the background details like the posts get lost in the sky a bit. I also feel the lighting is a bit harsh on the boots: 6

Did you use your flash here? The objects in the forefront seem to be more harshly lit and the background isn't well lit at all. I'm guessing this looks better as a B&W, so good call on that. Still, good idea, just needs a little tweaking.

I agree with one commenter that cropping it a little lower and in from the right might improve it a bit. Try it and see what you think. :)
