Yes, North Sea is right. North Coast? I'm a bit confused about that. This was shot on the northern cost of the Netherlands but it's the southern coast of the North Sea ;) Too complicated. I added the location in the description.

Thanks for your comments Jutilda. A tryptic is really a cool idea. I have indeed some of these shots hangig "as a tryptic" in my room (if you know what I mean). I will have a try in the next few days!

I like this series alot. It would be cool to make a tryptic, or even four, all lined up - BIG and framed!! The tonal range is really good - with such a minimal subject matter.

stars were blue or white?? orange light wasn't orange what gives? 10 sec exposure on the light fixture makes it "real". The photo works! Well done
