Like an arrow to the heartby mistComment by bryantbus: I think is too pink, I think it would help to pull the color out more. Just an idea but what if it were bw and color added to the broken heart. That may take the eye off the oof on the right and help guide your eye, but maybe not too. But this was a good idea. |

A Broken Heartby mistComment by Melethia: Nicely set up and good DOF. Whether the background is pure white or not - eh, matters not to me. I will say I'm not a huge fan of the "set up" shot (even though I'm guilty as well), but this is pretty well done for what it is. Probably should have done a Christmas theme, though... :-) |

A Broken Heartby mistComment by JuliBoc: From what I can gather by looking at other entries, I think these LOW shots do better when the background is absolutes pure white. This background (and mine too, which scored badly) looks a bit gray, even thought it is actually white. I think that may be what hurt your score. BTW, I like the idea. |
