The colours and light are fantastic.
I really think the motion of the ppl represent the hustle and bustle of the fair and compliments the motion of the wheel.

I think the ticket stand should've been more in focus for a long exposure.
As well as I think a crop is in order on the left of the shot, to eliminate the half yellow sign on the fencing.

I would however offer some CC:
The picture isn't entirely level and as much as I LOVE portrait shots I think this would've been better in landscape including more of the bridge or Opera House. The last thing I would offer is when you shoot in portrait don't center your horizon place it on one of the thirds lines, the bottom third of the frame is usually more successful unless there are fantastic reflections off the water of something in the foreground to create interest.
