Andrew!! This is so GORGEOUS! I have to tell you: one afternoon, my sister and I were looking at some of the "Best Of" photos over the phone, talking about which ones we liked and which ones we were blown away by. This one got her attention and she told me, "Go find Misty Rays. . .It's the BEST!!!" :) She was SO RIGHT!!!

Glad it finished strong -- but in my opinion, it should have finished even stronger!

Wow - You did get a lot of comments and that is great. First impressions are - Smooth as silk. Those snow drifts look like custard. Really pleasing to the eye. The exposure seems to be spot on with detail held in all the highlights which to say the least must have been tricky. The composition is very pleasing with the mountain in a great spot. As far as making this picture any better I would say there is very little to do. Personally I would have loved to have seen a true black in the very darkest points of the picture and maybe just held back a tad on the burning in of the sky - But these really are minor suggestions - Cracking picture and one to be proud of. Well done.
