Too noisy, not wide enough, nothing to draw the eye onto. The snow looks like pebbles. Could have been better if these were corrected. Good luck.

Thanks for the comments. The noisiness was on purpose. And the funny thing is, I did consider composition quite a bit in this picture. No biggie...I think everyone just has a different eye. I, for example, am turned off by all of what I see as overprocessing in the other direction on this board, all the extreme colors and intensity. I'm just more attracted to the strange, the experimental, the grainy, and even the understated. As poorly as this did in the challenge, it is my number three shot so far...LOL...proof of how unpopular my work is on this board! No problem...I'm going to keep on forcing it on everyone anyway! BWAH-HAHAHAHA!

I think this shot needs a bit more attention paid to the composition and form over-all. The noise and contrast are fine, given that they were your intent. They provide a graininess that seems to fit. Good luck this week.
