Man's Best Friendby nfesselComment by ChrisW123: The direct sunlight ruined the picture. Buy a "polarizing" filter for your camera if possible and use it when you see sharp sunlight bouncing off of your subject, etc. The filter will "dim" the sharp glare. |

Man's Best Friendby nfesselComment by Amiee: I like the image of this photo. But the lighting seems to be a little bright because parts of the photo are hard to make out. Good job. |

Man's Best Friendby nfesselComment by PTLParsons: Don't think I will approach this porch. I have to use one of the collars also and I know what they're for. Beautiful dog, but not sure how friendly. The sun did you in on the photo though. Washing out the stomach area and putting the head in the dark. T hate that for you. |

Man's Best Friendby nfesselComment by sher: light is a little too blown out...background is a little dark. can't see much detail in the face. looks like a cute pup, though! |

Man's Best Friendby nfesselComment by Silver Fox: My first thought is "this must be one mean dog, the way he's chained up".
You've captured him nicely. His reflection in that back porch window shows another side to him. The direct sunlight warming him up "lights" him up nicely for this photograph and at the same time it seems to leave his face in the shadows "deep in thought"
Upon looking at this photograph, I can't help but think how cruel it is that this dog can't lay down, but is chained up in such a way that he has to sit up all day long in such a cramped position! |

Man's Best Friendby nfesselComment by civilsavage: contrast (bottom/top) and light levels are a little off-putting and could it have been a little sharper? otherwise, i like: the reflection (the one of the dog on the glass), the colour of the leash, and the look of "reflection" on the dog's face. |
