Great tree! Too bad the power lines and the fence are in view. Good use of HDR to bring out the branches in the shadows.

I love to walk on sunny autum days in the country, the colours the smells it is a wonderful time of year and this is captured so well in this shot. I would blow this up to poster size and hang it in my conservatory so I could look at it anytime of year. = 10

maybe you couldn't get any closer, but if you were able to then you could have maybe avoided the power lines and fences in the background, which are a little distracting to me.
otherwise, very nice.

It's interesting the things the eye finds to focus in on with a shot like this. For example, it's good to see that you decided NOT to put on the sunglasses while you were driving down the dark street at 59 mph while holding up a camera to take a long exposure shot. That just seems dangerous :P That is quite a lot of colored lights though surrounding you!
