Hard boiledby pitsamanComment by pitsaman: There is no way that someone is giving 2's and 3's in EGG challenge where most of the photos were 7+!! |

9by pitsamanComment by mcrochip: This pic showed up first on my vote screen, and I'm glad it did. This is a very good capture, embracing one of my two interpretations of this challenge. If I could vote here, I think it would get.... a '9.' -Steve |

Composition-content
The angle of the shot fits the angle that she is looking, providing space from her eyes into the empty space. Also leaves room for text which is an added benefit for stock. I think that the composition is pretty interesting, I am sure that many people would think that you should have cropped off the pole, but I think composition wise it would have been pretty uninteresting without it.
Technical
Sharpening looks too strong here, resulting in jagged lines. Either that, or in the resizing.
My opinion
I like the composition and choice of B/W, interesting perspective. I think that pictures of pictures don't usually score too highly. Probably would have done much better without the compression/sharpening issues. Intreresting shot! |

Riverwalkby pitsamanComment by albright1: Great, strong leading line, but.... it keeps leading my eye over to the right side of the frame, and there's nothing really interesting over there. More interesting is the blue building on the other bank. |

Riverwalkby pitsamanComment by dacrazyrn: little tighter aperture may have given a bit more saturation in the background and sky (maybe even a polarizer). Interesting waves created out in the middle of the water. |
