Personally I like abstract images and will not deduct points because I have no idea whats going on in the image. A faster shutter speed may have made this image a little more clear and interesting.

Nice sky. The light on the buildings is a little too hard for my tastes though. Also, it feels like it tilts slightly to the left.

I think of only natural elements in a portrait. If it is a landscape portrait then emphasize only the landscape person portrait = main emphasis on the person
