Along the Snowy Trailby kellymcgComment by Gallatin: Nice winter shot, the tracks are leading me to the tree, is Waldo behind the tree? Your composition is good, colors are crisp, good DOF. |

Along the Snowy Trailby kellymcgComment by PTLParsons: Beautiful photo. Is Waldo the flying nun in the tree that made the foot prints to the tree. That's the only Waldo I've spotted so far. I've been too busy admiring the beautiful photo. Did you notice how the tree limbs made an oval frame for Waldo? Or was that coincidential? I'll feel like a fool if that's not Waldo. This is really a beautiful photo, well done. beautifully focused and nicely cropped. Great job. My only 9, which is my highest score yet. |

Along the Snowy Trailby kellymcgComment by Swashbuckler: Pretty photo. I don't see your waldo, just tracks in the snow. It's a pretty view, but I would like more than a hint of waldo for it to work for me in this challenge. (Please PM me if I missed the waldo image/person!) 7 Swash
O.K. I missed the person! I see that person now, very, very small, my poor old eyes!!! Score upgrade from 7 to 9. Swash |

Along the Snowy Trailby kellymcgComment by JPR: great job. This is one of my favorites this challenge. One of maybe 5 pictures that are excellent pictures while at the same time actually following the challenge rules of HIDING a person. Great job. |

Square Feetby kellymcgComment by sulamk: Greetings from the Critique Club
Subject
Can I identify the subject? Most definitely the lovely rusty Red Square in the foreground!
Did the subject grab My attention? Most definitely!
Sharpness:
How important is sharpness to this photo? The most important element of this photo is in focus and is complemented by the blur of the background.
Exposure: May be a little dark if you want to nitpick!
Contrast & Color: Very good lovely warm rust inthe foreground.
Composition
The various elements of the photo are well balanced within the frame?
And as you look at the photo your eyes are drawn to the subject.
Suggestions for improvement:
Hard as I think this is very good as is but perhaps bracket to lighten the exposure a bit.
