I really like this shot. Just two very minor things, the grass that sticks up on the right side is distracting. Also, I wish the camera were angled a little higher so there would be less grass in the foreground, and her feet would not be cropped off.

Okay, people complain about not getting real comments, so I'll risk getting hate-mail from ya.

This is bad, not horrible, but bad. You're probably sitting in the low 5's on your score, and that's okay. If you're a newbie, you need to learn from your mistakes, if you're not you have to re-examine your portraiture decisions.

First off the composition lacking. The bush creates a severe imbalance in the picture, your horizon is skewed for no apparent reason. The subject is almost dead center with their arms splayed out which compositionally means "Look out of my frame!" and "I'm boring!" at the same time. Most people think rules are boring, but these rules were created to teach an artists how to affect other people visually.

The one thing you got really right here is some vibrant colors that really pop, on a pretty model with a great smile. You focus is fine, the DOF is too deep.

she is very pretty and I love the color, but is she what you spent the weekend with? If so, I hope you had a lot of energy. Also, did you (or her) mean for somthing to pop out?

Dang she looks happy! In my opinion, the pic would've been better if she had been standing a bit further from the bush and you would've straightened the horizon. You have to admit the dress is kinda "special". I bet you had her put up the arms to have her boobs pop out on purpose.
Forgot to add...I love the intensity of the blue in the water, especially next to the deep yellow.
