a disturbing image, death and greenery; almost a metaphore for Spring. The muted colors seem to make it a little more of a 'stealth' photo, it intimates the metaphore rather than screaming the contrasts.

The desaturation works well - all the color is drained out of this life. Nice composition with the face gazing off into the corner - and a line of grass/less grass down the center.

Good image. De-saturation is just about spot-on, though there might have been more impact from a really 'pretty' treatment of the idea to bring out the contrast with the subject? Good work

I would not classify this image as weather. But would as nature or flowers.
As far as the image goes I think it is a pretty good one DOF is week on the sides, or the branch was moving and shutter speed was not fast enough to make a sharp image overall. That makes the sharp in focus part smack dap in the middle both directions and is a no no in composition rules. Rules can be broken, the image is pleasing, but because of the things I have mention have mark it lower than it probally deserves.
