Don't mean to be harsh, just writing thoughts:
What is going on in the photo? Windows in front of a brick wall? All slightly blurry? Cool concept, but think the photo could be better composed.

Blurry grainy blades. The quality leaves something to be desired, though I don't find the end result to be all that inaccessible. It has a certain appeal to it.

I see rust. But the image is too noisy/grainy. Also there is nothing much around the rust to compose a picture. Dull colour adds to an over all faint appeal on the image. I'm having trouble identifying which part of the image is in focus.
