Yes, the pole is slightly tilted to the right...

And about frames: A matter of taste I guess. I used to dislike them, but now I use them frequently as a "finishing touch".

If you han a picture on a wall you would probably (I can't know for sure of course) frame it (I know I would) - so to me it makes sence to frame it here as well.

I'm one of those folks that doesn't like frames. I'd get rid of it. Why waste pixels on a frame when you can look at a good picture. 8)

the 'photo is wonderful. the frame - not so sure about that. it's just a bit too much.

a very composition. the only problems are a few edges where the shels are out of focus, but the selection line is very sharp, making it look 'applied.
