I like the idea and the small scale of the engine next to the full size cars, but I think the composition could be a bit better - maybe a view from the ground up with the toy more prominant in the frame. Alternately, some burning of the background to put more emphasis on the toy train might work.

maybe just bump the contrast a little? otherwise i love the "fun house" processing, & the blocks of colors are a real artistic touch!
