The sun is too high in the sky to give this a warm and inviting feel. The signs behind the tables distract me and keep me from wanting to sit for a cup of coffee. This feels like you were walking past and just snapped the picture. With all the elements in this shot were there no interesting angles you could have tried to make the shot pull in the viewer and make the whole scene more inviting?
