The lighting just kind of washes out the details. Might have worked well had the brightness and contrast been adjusted a bit higher??

Ok, there is a raging debte about people's voting habits at the moment, so i will attempt to give a detailed comment with my vote:

hmm, seems underexposed. the image is noisy and flat. not a very intersting shot. no lighting not much to catch your eye here. sorry. had it been at least sharp it would have been a 5. will have to go with 4
