NYC Ladyby gregmComment by Arcanist: Subject is stationary as is environment. Other moving subjects are blurred. This is not motion panning, this is long exposure. Focus on a moving target and pan the camera with that subject, opening the shutter and continuing to move with the main focus. This causes the environment to blur giving a real sense of action. |
