You have have pushed the minimalism theme a bit too far; it's impossible to have any appreciation of details. If it weren't for the title, I am not sure I could have identified what those colored dots are doing in the picutre.

Focus is too soft. Would be better if the subject wasn't dead center and the horizon was leveled. Looks like a beautiful setting.

The background is too busy for me too feel it meets the challenge description. If they'd been silhouetted against the sky, a cliff face, or a dam it would have made this a 'cleaner' pic and may have fit the challenge better. Also, the fishermen are a bit out of focus (which detracts from their 'stage presence' as the main subject) and your horizon is slightly tilted.
