a tighter crop to the blooms would help them stand out..maybe shooting this from more to the left would have enabled you to get those a nice pad in too?

Hard to see what your subject is. Now that I look a little harder I do see the bird's nest. Focusing our attention on the nest takes our interest away from the "true" subject of this photo, which should be the fence.

This is neat, something unexpected in a fence challenge. The angle seems to be a bit too low, though. This would put the focus more on the tangle of sticks in the bird's nest, but I can totally see this image when taken from an angle near the nest and done in black and white. Probably wouldn't meet the challenge then, but might make a really neat print!
