Love the lighting...warm glow and nice contrasts! The focus seems a little "shallow" (ie: more toward the front but, seemingly still a bit oof) but, perhaps, that's what you meant it to be? (commenting only)

IMHO a different angle/crop might be better. The blue square background object & it's refection on the glasses I find distracting.

I like the idea, and the arrangement of the candles. I'm thinking that an orange gel on the flash would have made the lighting look more natural.
