Fuzzy Purple Slippers in the Snowby WriteHeartComment by EL-ROI: This is a good close up shot to show off the texture of the slippers. However if it wasn't mentioned in the title I would know this was slippers. It could have been a purple muppet or something. I think you just got up too close with this composition. |

From The Shadowsby WriteHeartComment by dustingooding: Meets Challenge: 2 of 3. I'd like to see less fur, more highlighted edges. To me, part of low key is what's not there.
Technical: 2 of 3. Good composition, but the grey background/rock-things (especially the lower one) are distracting from the subject.
Emotion: 1 of 3. Just missing something. Kinda boring?
