For DPC you probably should have run the image through a noise removing filter and sharpened it a bit more.

The composition is very close to working really well for me but there's something slightly off (to me) I'm not sure exactly what it is though also I do like how the clouds contain the empty sky both from the top and bottom.

I would even crop this further...take out as much of the blurred foreground (lower right) as you can leaving the right proportion (3rds) of the focused flowers and blue sky

I say crop...but your colors do compliment each other brilliantly, in this one the blurred lower right side over powers/distracts from the focused center of the picture...
