Nice close-up - petals are super sharp and it's a great example of the power of the rule of thirds composition. The part in the bottom left corner might be a little busy for me - I'd love to see this cropped to concentrate on the flower.

Looks like a touch of HDR in this? Very contrasty (in a good way) and the details are even visible in the shadows.

Call me crazy but I\'m thinking this is a risky place to stand with the lens pointed to the sky...the perspective is dizzying. It looks quite Gothic. Very well done!
