Composition: I like the idea but I wonder if a landscape crop would have been kinder to this image and not chopped the image into three...ie..the trees & sky, the water above the chair, the water below the chair. It is good to work on thirds...but keep them blending together and not separate entities.

Technical: The colour is great...and the clarity of the chair and reflection. The horizon is probably straight but due to the shadowing over the water of the trees the eye keeps getting drawn to the uneven line that some would misconceive as the horizon level. Maybe a bit more light to show that area a bit more.

Overall: I think if you try a reshoot at the same time of the day and play around with the composition more...I think you will end up with a ribbon winner down the track.
